Lisa joined the West Midlands Ambulance services in 2009 and qualified as a paramedic in 2013. She completed extra qualifications in minor illness and minor injuries. She left the Ambulance Service to pursue a career in Primary care firstly as a visiting paramedic and then as part of the Urgent Care Team.

Following graduation from the University of Bath, Harriet worked for Gloucestershire Hospitals and completed her postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy while working on the wards there. She moved to general practice in January 2022 and divides her time between the Royal Crescent Surgery and Underwood Surgery. As a clinical pharmacist, she is a specialist in medicines and can help patients to get the most out of them. She is available to answer queries and carry out medication reviews from Monday to Thursday.

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
