Short waiting time. Was taken into treatment room in my wheelchair. I had my blood test. Treatment was done carefully making sure I was at ease and comfortable with the procedure.Thank you for this feedback. Our new surgery premises are completely wheelchair accessible.

Great surgery, very helpful only downside is the wait for appointments.Thank you for your comments. Our staff are trained to make sure a clinical member of the team responds or sees a patient on the same day or as quickly as possible for urgent issues. This does unfortunately mean, like all GP practices across the country, there is a wait for routine appointments.
